  • So unfortunate that the customer service is poor at this location. I have gotten my tires changed here numerous times, and every single time it's a hassle. Most recently tho - call in to make an appointment only to have their staff hang up on me, having to call back and wait to get thru again. Once you have finally reached someone on the phone to make an appointment for a tire change -they not only made the wrong appointment day/time but also write down your phone number wrong so they were unable to call me to notify that the car was done. There's honestly nothing wrong with the store itself, but it's workers (in the automotive section) either need more staff/help or trained to be more detail oriented.
