  • In 2014, I found this medical clinic on CanvasRx's website, looking for a practice that is progressive enough to prescribe marijuana, as I have numerous justifications, but was unable to find a doctor who follows Health Canada's relatively newer regulations allowing medical marijuana (MMAR, as of this writing). It's a nice clinic - clean, plenty of parking, courteous staff - the connected pharmacy and surrounding plaza are convenient for more than strictly a visit to the doctor. My family doctor was aware of this practice, and said she sent other patients here - I'm unsure & frustrated with the fact it was never raised when I was asking her about marijuana to benefit my quality of life, even though I had a synthetic cannabinoid prescribed by a former family doctor in Niagara years ago - it just goes to show that people need to take charge of their own health and do their best to maximize their quality of life by seeking multiple opinions in accessing as many experts as possible, and using it all to thoughtfully choose what's best for themselves.
