  • I damaged the bottom rail of an 8' garage door (new). I sent a picture to this company to show them the damage, and save a trip, and asked for an estimate. The door panels were undamaged, just the bottom rail. They advertised 24/7 response but didn't call back on Sat, or Sun. Finally called Monday morning. Wanted $700 to replace bottom rail and one long door panel if the door was not insulated. It is - so it would be more than $700. Factory list price on a whole new garage door - $350. Factory list price on the damaged bottom rail $60 that could be replaced by most home owners. Got the door fixed Tuesday by another company for under $125 parts and labor. You tell me what the problem here is........
