  • My complaint about this location starts with the dressing room. I had well over 8 items as usual and brought them up to the attendant. She said to pick 8 and then she made me put the rest in a deserted basket. After I tried the clothes on, I kept the last outfit on (as I usually do) and went out to trade the clothes. The attendant told me that I had to bring all of the clothes out in order to get new clothes. I understand this policy is to avoid shoplifting, but I was not pleased. I hate trying on clothes and refuse to put my regular outfit back on, only to remove it 2 minutes later. No way. So I told her she could keep the rest. I did end up purchasing 4 things and I'm just going to return them if they don't fit right. This policy is ridiculous and I probably won't shop at this location unless I'm desperate. (its close to work) The other locations aren't as crowed with the all the racks being so close together. The wait to checkout was very long, but I guess that is to be expected.
