  • Arrived early to have labs drawn before my medical appointment. I'm still waiting for labs, zero movement, zero communication from staff regarding delay. Listening to staff interact with patients on phone has been troubling; it seems as though they cannot hear anyone - phone system should be checked out. Lots of staff back and forth with food and drinks the perception they give those of us in the waiting room isn't very desirable. I switched from SWMA and I'm now thinking it was a big mistake!
