rev:text	Let me preface this by saying that Dr. Keyhani is very kind, personable, and seemingly competent. I was impressed because it was the first time in a long time that I had seen a provider who was warm and genuinely interested in my concerns. I really liked her. Some of her staff members were very sweet. These are good people. This does not excuse how utterly unprofessional and disorganized this office is. They CONSTANTLY gave me conflicting information before my visit ("Um, I dunno who told you that but...") and when I got there it seemed apparent that they did not really know what was going on. Had my insurance been verified? What was my coverage? They struggled to answer these questions. I waited for at least 45 minutes between my consultation and my surgery even though they scheduled them back to back. Even after my horrific experience during and after oral surgery (which was not at all their fault--I just don't respond well to anesthesia and was vomiting and bleeding profusely), they still failed to call me to follow-up, see how I was doing, and schedule a follow-up appointment. After I discovered an infection in one of my tooth cavities, which was making me feel very ill, I tried calling them to no avail! No one answered, the answering machine didn't even indicate where I had called, they don't have a website, and their old Facebook page and Google list different hours. I will NEVER recommend this office to ANYONE. DO NOT GO HERE. UPDATE: I want to add that it took THREE WEEKS to get through to Dr. Keyhani'a office. At that point I had already been seen by another oral surgeon who took x-rays and said that the reason for my infection and lingering pain was that Dr. Keyhani had left the root of one of my wisdom teeth in. She said that this was not unusual, but was surprised that Dr. Keyhani didn't tell me because I should have expected some possible problems because of it. Oh trust me, Dr. Keyhani didn't tell me anything. Someone actually contacted me through Yelp because of this review to ask me if I had any luck contacting them because she wasn't able to get through to them either. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD GO DOWN FOR MALPRACTICE. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE.
