  • Being in I.T., I unfortunately know how common it is to make phony accounts and write bad reviews for competitors. It not only fraudulently misrepresents a business, but it abuses and devalues useful websites like Yelp.com. I called Honest Plumber Heating & Air during mid-day. Not only was the rep on the phone very helpful, courteous, and prompt with a follow up call, but she also had someone out to fix a very bad leak that same day. My wife was 39 weeks pregnant so this leak couldn't come at a worse time. Mark, the field technician, came out immediately with a fix. He was also kind enough to lend his expertise to assist me with another unrelated issue. Small gestures go a long way nowadays. Thank you for living up to your name, Honest Plumber. You have my personal recommendation.
