Dobhan has quite a few unique food items. We decided to experiment with one and go safe with the other.
The experiment was the phull dosa. Traditional Indian cuisine has a Masala Dosa in which a thin crepe is filled with a potato stuffing. The phull dosa had the stuffing on the side and the crepe was instead filled with a spinach omelette. It was an interesting concept that we liked but was not mind blowing. They don't provide chutney's (traditional ground coconut or tomato paste) with their dosas.
The safe dish was kheema balti. Kheema consists of minced lamb cooked with spices. It came out exactly how we had imagined it.
The chai (milk tea) was so good that we had two glasses each before we left the place.
Definitely a place we would like to come again to. There is a pretty lengthy menu for us to try from.
