| - I've been going to this place for a few years now and finally getting around to reviewing it. I have only had the all-you-can-eat here, so my 4-star rating is based on quality for an AYCE setting.
Of all the AYCE places I've been to, Oyshi is definitely the best. Their variety of rolls, sushi, and appetizers is the largest. The fish is fresh and the appetizers are quite creative. I highly recommend the Red Rock Roll and Screaming Roll. For appetizers, the Ahi Poke and Agedashi Tofu is always very good. A welcomed difference from many other AYCE sushi places is that Oyshi is a very nice restaurant. It was built to be a sushi restaurant and has the ambiance of one.
Ever since I found Oyshi a few years ago, I have not gone anywhere else in town for AYCE sushi. However, it has really caught on and their business seems to be booming, especially during the peak hours. Because of that, the last couple of time I've gone there, the service has been very, very slow. I actually tried a new place recently, because I didn't want to be there for 2+hours. Outside of that, it's definitely the best AYCE place in town.
