  • I enjoyed a lot of the rides there but I was very upset when my son and I rode the go carts for the first time. The carts were extremely hard to handle and almost impossible to steer and because my son bumped into me (having a hard time braking in time) and I bumped the curb a little bit they rudely walked up to us and told us that we were banned for the next hour for reckless driving. My son literally started crying because of how rude they approached him. We both knew that neither of us meant to bump our carts. The gas was also extremely hard to push and I Was having trouble accelerating. We tried our best to handle the carts correctly. The women that approached us was so rude and bitter in her delivery that I didn't even respond, I just cheered my son up and we went about our time there. My son doesn't want to go back. You should never treat your customers like that and if you do not like your job, find a new one. There was a really nice guy on the magic carpet ride who treated my kids really nicely and everyone high fives though, which was nice. Still because of the way the women treated my son and I have to say 1 star.
