  • While waiting for our Nobu reso, Sam, our bartender made some on-the-fly brandy old fashioned presses (Wisconsin style for those unfamiliar) and he knocked it out of the park! We requested the drink, which is a standard back home and instead of saying, "no" he was accommodating and good natured. He had to hunt down brandy, which he did special for us. (What?!?? A bar without brandy?? I know it's not the hot spirit, but geez, it's still a good time folks! Don't be so serious Vegas!) Now THAT'S service! Thanks Samuel!
