  • Too bad there is no option for ZERO STARS. I cannot believe how terrible this service is. Appointment was made, nobody showed up. I called and called to confirm, etc. etc. and was told "sorry, I've been really busy but I will still be there on Thursday" via text and of course she didn't show up. By far the most unprofessional person/company I have ever dealt with. I called and texted and said "hey, if you're going to be late, that's fine" NOTHING! Who are these people?
