Wait times to check in are very long. 30-60 minutes. I then had to wait another hour in line when one of my room keys didn't work.
The room itself was quite outdated. The thermostat was so ancient you had to manually turn off the A/C when it got too cold in the room. It was impossible to find a happy medium, so you were either sweating or freezing in the room overnight. They nickel and dime you to death for everything. $10 a night for parking. Mini fridge is $25 a night. Bath robes were something like $20 to rent for the room.
The spa in my suite was of decent quality though, and the price wasn't too bad during the week.
Their wait staff are in short supply as well, it took so long to get drinks here while gambling, even at table games, that I couldn't even get tipsy and the variety/setup in their casino was lacking. I ended up going to other casinos to gamble and had a much better experience.
