Do not use this carwash!
I went in today to get a basic cleaning done and one of the car wash machines knocked off my side mirror. There was no process to document the damage and manager on duty "gave me his word" that it would be fixed. I went in to talk to the cashier, the only employee including the manager on duty who spoke fluent English, to see what the process was. The manager on duty came in very upset that I was talking to her about the process instead of him, then proceeded to tell me that there wasn't anything anyone could do about it. I was given a yellow Post-It note with the General Manager's first name, the hours he would be a work "sometime this week" which were 8am-3:30pm - not feasible hours for a full-time employee like myself who works up north to just "pop by" and the phone number to the car wash. In other words, NOTHING that would help me. They did a horrible duck tape job and sent me on my way. The duck tape fell off 2 minutes after I got in the car, so I had to drive back to work with the mirror hanging off the side of the car scratching up all the paint. So, at the moment, I've been sent on a wild goose chase to find a manager who can resolve the issue, I can't drive my car and there's further damage to it, and somehow it's my responsibility to figure out the answer although they were the ones that did the damage.
