  • Let's just start with the lack of professionalism. No one has any communication skills whatsoever. And this Kendall guys which is supposedly the store manager can't seem to stay off of his phone. He literally sat there while texting and smiling while there was 5 people in line. And then had the nerve to have an attitude when I asked him if he could go to the back to get me something , I've worked in the automotive industry for 10 years and it's sad to see a store in this shape.
