Worst customer service ever! The girl with the curly hair, named Adelia, was completely rude! First off their credit card machine wasn't working so i needed to know the zip code of when i first received the card. Unfortunately bc ive been back and forth from Cali to NC i couldn't remember which zip code it was. I then asked were all the machines not working or was it just hers. Bc i could go to a different cashier to just swipe and sign my name. She told me they were all doing the same thing. So i decided to leave the store. Mind you I am completely pissed bc I was attempting to use my f21 credit card, not just a regular visa cc, and I wasn't able to bc of their machine. As i was walking out the store i thought maybe i changed it to my recent address' zip code. So i went back in and asked if i could try one more zip code since their machine wasn't working. The girl instructed me to go to the back of the line. I refused and asked for a manager she also instructed me to go to the back. Again, i refused bc this inconvenience was not my fault it was due to their faulty card machine. The manager quickly changed her mind and said ok I'll get u after Im done with this customer. I had already waited in like for 10-15 min. I was not going to wait again. I am a paying cardmember and was not treated like one. Once the manager finishes ringing up my items i slide my card and the machine asks for me to sign like normal. Nothing else. At this point Im pissed bc not only did the girl inconvenience me but she lied as well when she said all the registers card machines weren't working. I immediately asked to speak to the supervisor over the manager. Both ladies i had encountered so far were horrible with their customer service. Thankfully the supervisor over both of them was nice and empathetic. Just be aware. Don't let Adelia ring u up!!!
