  • Camden company are thieves. I spent about 5 years with them and didn't realize no other apartment complex charges $60 - $80/mo in water/sewer/trash. Really?!?! The complex is not safe, the woman downstairs from me worked swing shift and was robbed at gunpoint coming home from work. Another downstairs neighbor was robbed by someone breaking a window. I moved to a much nicer area of Henderson and pay $200 less in rent and no water fee! The management is also more friendly as are the neighbors. Do not move to Camden!!
