  • The only reason I gave Palladino's 2 stars instead of 1 star is because they were willing to fix what they didn't do the first time. Took them 3 trips and me creating a list of "still needs work" items to get it right...still dirty after the 3 attempts but it wasn't work the effort of me calling them back, just finished cleaning things myself.
