| - Supposedly this buffet is reasonably priced to begin with, but when we went to The M and signed up for their player's club, we were given free entrance. Somehow it was between that (a $25 value) and $15 in slot play. Doesn't really add up, but whatever.
We managed to sneak in right before our free lunch buffet privileges expired, and ended up getting "trapped" inside when they brought out more seafood selections for another, higher priced buffet. Quite nice.
Everything I ate was great, save for the fried calamari. Don't really know what went wrong there. The desserts were TOP NOTCH and could be a full meal unto themselves. Who needs the crepe stations at the Paris buffet anyways?
And while the desserts may be a big draw, there is no draw bigger than an ALL YOU CAN DRINK beer/wine bar! Wowwwww that is what dreams are made of. We each got a beverage when we walked in, but thought that it was one per person and couldn't go back for more. Midway through the meal, I decided to press my luck and go back for another beer, figuring that they'd have to have a pretty good memory to actually remember me. Another booze refill. Nothing said about it. Heck, after a while I started seeing people going up with multiple glasses and I knew it was on. And by the way, they DO have a good memory in the sense that they'll remember what you keep coming back to drink! Granted, the beverage menu is limited (one red wine, one white wine, then Coors Light, Pabst, and some house Pilsner on tap) it's ALL YOU CAN DRINK. You can't POSSIBLY go wrong.
