  • UPDATE: doctor sent me a letter dismissing me as a patient due to my Yelp review. Instead of caring about the quality of service her practice offers, she only gets mad at negative reviews. Here's a quick review because I don't want to spend anymore time on this joke of a doctor! Doc spent less than 5 minutes with me and didn't seem knowledgeable about anything I was asking her about during my consultation. What really aggravated me is that I was overcharged $20 on my copay and it took me nearly 3 months to get the refund. I had to get UHC involved and received a handwritten check back from Deepali Ketchup once it was escalated. There's a reason why it's easy to get an appointment with her.
