  • Not a fan. I came by to do a little threading - something that usually can be done at any mall in 5-10 minutes on a walk-in basis. Here, the receptionist brought me a questionnaire asking for all my information - name, address, etc. - similar to those you compete in a doctors office. Definite overkill. And even though i had an appointment, i was kept waiting for more than 15 minutes, and not because there was a client before me. I think the lady was on her lunch break, judging by a take-out container in the room. The appointment itself took about 20 minutes, which is way too long for what i wanted to do, and she kept asking me "is it OK if i leave some hairs, they are difficult to get out". LOL what? .. No it's not OK! But even with that she still missed some hairs - and mind you, not small and unnoticeable - that I had to later remove with tweezers. I can't attest to their other services, but for whatever I need, I will stick to Toronto area next time.
