  • I made a reservation for 8 O'Clock for 5. I was advised they could only hold the reservation for 10 minutes and if our entire party was not their by 8:10 we lose the reservation. We all arrived by 7:50. We waited to be seated precisely till 8:30. We keep asking if we can be seated and we were told 15 minutes at 8:05. A larger party was seated ahead of us. Please explain why it is appropriate for me to lose my reservation but it is acceptable for your staff to keep people waiting longer than their reservation? My party and I will not come back. Inexcusable. Please have your staff trained more adequately and provide better service rather than staring at guests not providing any update.
