  • The hearty beef broth here is the best! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is for the service which I'll touch on below. Service... there is no such thing as service in this place. Every time I've been here there is one person behind the counter that seats you and then takes your order and you never see him/her again. I always see 1 or 2 other staff members in there but they never help out. They just sit at a corner table and eat. Maybe I'm just going during their lunch breaks?! That said, don't come in here thirsty because you'll never get a refill on water. And to top off the water issues it's always room temperature. You'd think ice cubes are a rare commodity at this joint! But yes, still 4 stars because the pho (broth mostly) makes me happy in my pants!!!
