  • After trying this place twice in two weeks, this review would be a 5 star review. Pho is excellent and my pad kee Mao is definitely the best I've had in Charlotte. The past 2x we've been there it has won me over and we knew we'd be repeat customers. But, we went around 8:30 PM last night (Saturday night) and when we walked in we were stopped at the door and told that they had "run out of food" due to the fact they were so busy. I honestly thought that was some kind of joke. But as he explained they were "really busy" and we turned around and walked away, the guy didn't stop us to tell us he was messing with us. How does this happen? Really bad for business. The food is so good though, that I guess it still deserves 3 stars.
