  • It started out wrong with a successful conclusion is all that I can begin to state about my journey with the brand. Lucky is by far one of my favorite jean designers, namely because how the jeans feel and fit. They are nice and airy unlike seven for all mankind, which are just cheap and overpriced. I had to order a pair of jeans from in store because they didn't have my size. They arrived to me. I wore the one pair, and the button came off. I took them back. They exchanged and ordered another pair. The other pair never came. I waited a week before I called customer service. They had no order ever placed. They refunded my money on a gift card, and then they ran the gift card through the register to complete the order. They threw the gift card out. It was a week between the store and customer service to get this resolved. Finally the store manager called me and told me that she got the exact same pair I ordered. She offers to personally take them to my work, or overnight them. I love the store because the people who work there are so nice. The customer service line is the most unhelpful I have ever dealt with. I will shop and buy in store only. I will never order from online again. Overall, I am a satisfied customer.
