  • Don't hire this group, you'll end up paying someone else to fix their work. I thought I did my due diligence and interviewed several companies, asked all the questions, etc. Got them through Home Advisors. I did a total front and back yard conversion to xeriscape and took advantage of the rebate the water company offers. The owner, Jesus "Junior" Chavez, made a nice impression, answered all questions, told him my concern was he couldn't be reached by phone because his voice mail was full so you couldn't leave a message and he does not answer his phone. He said not too worry, he was trying to fix that and he'd be available to me. I signed the contract, $17,000, half to start and balance due at end of work. Contract also provided 90 days of weekly visits to make sure nothing died and everything was working properly. Project finished, looked great, I was very happy. Paid the balance, he said see you in a week and he left. I NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN. No weekly visits and when my trees and plants started dying I called, texted, emailed and after 5 weeks he sent a text and said he'd send his crew. No one came(i have cameras that see everything and they lied, they never showed up). His relative, Angel, showed up after repeated texts and they picked a few weeds and said they'd be back to fix sprinkler, apparently some sprinklers had never been turned on so they fixed a few of those and left. That was it, never saw them again. I finally had to hire a sprinkler repair guy (paid him $800) to come in and replace valves and he put on new heads and got the system working again but it'll cost $3000 to remove and replace a beautiful 15 year old cherry tree next spring (I'm heartbroken over losing this beautiful tree) and another $2,000 to replace several creeping fig trellises that died from lack of water. It's taken me several months to leave a review because I've been so upset with myself for being conned by this guy. I should have split his final payment and paid him half and then the balance after 90 days. Jesus "Junior" Chavez should be ashamed of himself. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, save yourself money and peace of mind.
