  • Holy shit snacks was that fucking awesome! I was calling to make an appointment and I was blown away by the customer service provided by Leona(sp?). I have never posted a review on yelp in my life, but after my experience with Leona I felt an obligation to do so. Let me preface; I work for a large cell phone provider that works with managing corporate accounts(Fortune 500). Customer service and relationship building with clients has been my profession for 12+ years. You do not run across people like her every day, hell every year. She was professional, courtesy, polite, astute, responsive, and above all others, she was personable. She is a very underutilized asset. I don't care if she has a bad attendance record, we need personal days in this profession due to being a verbal punching bag, you need to invest into honing those charactistics. I can tell she will give back ten fold what you invest into her. Teach her the art of execution, tailor the right business habits and I have no doubts that shewill be an excellent return on your investment. I apologize if my vulgarity offends, but I urge you to look past my flaws and look into developing Leona into the powerhouse that will be a necessity to your operations. Share this with her or don't. I can tell you, if you don't take the steps to make her a greater part of your operations, you will be missing an opportunity to make your business a better place.
