  • PHX is supposedly the "friendliest US airport". I have no idea how they earned that moniker. Not to say they are particularly rude here, rather this is just a regular airport, no nice than any other in the US. Walking between terminals is quite a trek and there are no trams that make the journey easier. Interior decoration is rather dated. Food and shopping is sparse and the quality is subpar. They do offer free WiFi, so that's nice.
