  • I walked in to D'hair after driving by. I have fine straight hair that had been given a terrible layered haircut that had poor to nonexistent weight lines. I went in with hopes that the layering could be trimmed and minimized. My stylist said she could blend the layers, and neaten things up. My stylist had luscious brown purple inky waves that smoothly cascaded down her back. If her own style was any indication, it looked like she knew how hair has to have flow. I ended up with my side swept long bangs chopped to eyebrow length- they now curl and poof on my forehead in an embarrassing way- and about half of my hair the length of a classic bob. Either my hair shrinks a lot, or she was very aggressive with her shears. I will be thinking a lot about this experience as I slowly and painfully grow out this out.
