rev:text	This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. Stick to autonation or earnharts. I was told the truck I wanted was being transferred from payson and would be there in an hour. So I drove one and a half hours to get to airpark.but when I arrived they said ih its not here with not even a sorry just an excuse I was not working on a deal someone else was and he is busy. After an hour of being bull s×÷=%! Around by staff they said the truck will be here Monday so lets make a deal we will make it up to you.well the deal was worse then the originale I made over the phone and email i asked why amd I was told while the salesman who made it just went home and the manager who approved it is not here so we cant honor it because we dont know all the details. But we looked at the emails and came close to what they said. At this point I was pissed and so was my wife for a 3 hour round trip for lies and a waste of our gas. The salesmen Ed had the nerve to see my 9yr old son get uoset and made the comment look he is mad like his mom.This place sucks stay away I should have read the reviews before comming here.we where never even aporoached by any management during this ordeal any other place the manager would have came and talked to you. Like always il go back to autonation I have bought at least 12 new cars from them they respect there customers and dont treat people like crap... worst part is it was a done deal I drove all that way to buy that truck I wanted that truck.but not bad enough to get treated like that.
