rev:text	Definitely never doing business with them again. I didn't try the cake because I had to cancel my order, so I don't know how they compare. My situation was that I was repeatedly getting quoted different things by different people on the phone. The person that helped me out on the phone the first time said the cake comes out to $55 (she probably meant $65, but how was I supposed to know that?). I paid a $30 deposit with a card over the phone. Then, when I called to cancel, I was told I'd still have to pay for the cake, because there was less than 48 hours left. I checked the website and asked if I could just pay the $40 no-design fee (since the cake wasn't even decorated yet), meaning that they would take out an additional $10. Fine by me. Wake up today to $19.33 taken out of my account. Call to ask why, the lady tells me that a no-design fee for a chocolate cake was $46 instead of the usual $40. I ask her why no one told me this, she says "BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T ASK." She offered for me to speak with the owner, but I was to flabbergasted to go through the entire conversation again. How many times am I supposed to confirm the price, and with how many different people, for it to be considered me "asking?" I can't believe they think it's ok to take random amounts (that were never discussed previously) from people's accounts. If I made a mistake and thought the cake was $40 when it was $46, should I not have been corrected and quoted the correct price? In any case, I will definitely not be ordering my cakes from this greedy company again.
