  • I'm not so sure about this place. First off I don't trust a place that won't quote you a price until you come in. Then they sort of nickel and dime you : well diagnostics is this and clean up is this and there is only a 50% chance it will work so then your out this much and if you need a battery it's x amount. After having my computer for almost a week they tell me they can't get the battery now for a few more days and that it's over a $100 more then they quoted me. I search and see a battery cheaper so I ask for a slight reduction sales guy says sorry to see u r in a 'bind'. What bind I got options. Just seems like some sleezy sales tactics. I want to like these guys but I'm getting a lot of cockiness and just something seems Shadey. Follow-up: When I picked up the machine (to get the less expensive battery installed somewhere else) they were very nice. The guy who cleaned it showed me the photos and explained everything - they did a good job. manager emailed me and apologized - so i'm given a follow-up and one more star. Perhaps it was just one bad worker... what they did do they did well.
