  • Dollar needs to get their shit together. Their CSR's are rude and don't tell you everything you need to know. Basically, I made my reservation online and it said I can pay cash. When we went to get the car, the guy said he needed to place a $350 hold on a credit card. I then told him I talked to him earlier and he said that I didn't need to use a card or have a hold placed on one. Also, I would be able to pay cash. All lies. I hate you, Dolla RAC guy! Next time I ever need to rent a car, I'll go with Hertz, Avis, or Enterprise. They at least tell you everything.
