  • You will be hard-pressed to find a better-run business than this one. The owner, Jeff Pinsky, knows how to build a loyal community around a niche industry. Within a few visits to the shop, the staff knew my name and always greet me at the door. Their humour is quirky, but they do their best to make you feel welcome. They are experts of what they sell and will gladly demonstrate anything you ask them to, make solid recommendations and patiently teach you how to use the tricks. Pinsky knows how to lure customers into his shop with auctions, lessons, free seminars and the monthly club gathering. Despite being a very low level myself, I immediately felt at home in his shop and I make the trek out to Bathurst & Eglinton whenever I can.
