Meant to write a review for these guys after I went Fall of last year, but here it goes now.
After I had a stint where my brake problems were insufficiently handled at the Purcell at 32nd St./Indian School, I brought my car to these guys; glad I did. The staff was great, showing me in detail what the problem was while the car was up-hoisted and not peppering it with obfuscating car talk that only hardcore mechanics understand. The dude running the place was very calm, soft-spoken and well-dressed, much atypical of what you would expect of such a guy.
Mostly, I liked the fact that this is a locally-owned small business and even witnessed a very "country-style" scene of a long-time (very old) customer shooting the breeze with the receptionist lady, who obviously knew him well and gave a damn. I just thought it all was quaint and cool.
Best part was that everything was fixed-up nicely and the mystery noise in my brakes that was supposedly unfixable (according to my dealership and Purcell) magically went away after this visit! Go in.
