  • Had a bad experience here yesterday which was so upsetting due to the fact that I was very excited to come. I went with my family of 5 and we were not eligible to even bowl. The kid at the front was very rude and seemed as he has been mad about something else before us coming in. He told us there was no bowling lanes at the moment. That's is something that I understood so I told him I was willing to wait until there was one open. I waited about an hour. I notice another a group of 4 kids came in and they were given a lane. I asked about the lane and he mention they had over booked it over the phone. I asked the kids if they had reserved the lanes and they said no. I was upset I told the kid why he lied and he said "I though you left" which is so uncool because I never left the front desk. He knew I was there and he saw me when charging the kids.
