  • I went to the south blvd location to purchase a new coil for my puffco pen. This location was out of stock so I contacted the university location to ensure the coil was available before I made the hour and 20 minute round trip. They assured me it was, but upon my arrival I was disappointed to find that they did not have it in stock and had not had it. To clarify the one star review is not due to the lack of availability, I'm sure the pen is in high demand. It's the fact that the woman who answered the phone made no effort to actual check to see if they had the product I needed before letting me drive all the way out there. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.
