  • My wife made an appointment with the dermatologist and arrived 15 minutes prior to the designated time. After waiting 90 minutes past her scheduled appointment time she decided to leave and reschedule for another day. For her next appointment she raced to the office after work and arrived 12 minutes past her rescheduled appointment time. She was told by the office staff she was late for her new appointment and would not be seen. There were 4 people waiting ahead of her in the waiting room. Her delay did not affect clinic flow in the slightest as they were already running behind. We are both physicians and know not to treat our patients like this. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of other options in Las Vegas.
