  • Although my first visit wasn't the best, the director of customer service personally contacted me to make sure my problem was resolved. They set up an appointment with me giving me the most helpful salesperson & I ended up driving out with my brand new 2015 charger! They made sure I got the deal that I wanted & listened to every question & concern that I had. I am very glad that I took a second chance with towbin I really did come home happy!
