  • I just want to make it clear this review is NOT based off Racheals work because I never even got to make it in to see her. I was in Arizona on vacation and came across her on Groupon, I texted her before I purchased the Groupon to make sure she'd be able to get me in before I left back to California. She didn't have any availability during the time I'd be there but had an opening for the day after I was scheduled to leave , so I decided to stay the extra day because her work seemed worth it to me ! She texted me a few times to confirm the appointment and even had pushed our original appointment time back by a few hours which was ok with me, but the day of the appointment she texts me 2 hours before saying she's sick and had to reschedule. I know you can't control being sick but why would you wait 2 hours before the appointment to tell me that ?! On top of that I told you I live in a different state and that I stayed an extra day so how could I possibly reschedule?? Personally thats not how I would treat someone who went through so much effort to see me.
