  • Terrible experience. We asked if they had any tables for the ASU/Arizona game and were seated on the patio. 30 minutes later, we had no water, menus, drinks and the table was dirty. Said something to the hostess and were told someone would be with us shortly. 15 minutes later, still nothing. We then asked to talk to the manager, who brought us waters and menus. Told us someone would be there shortly. 15 minutes later, still no service or drinks. Finally decided to go to bar to get a drink, but only two bartenders on the busiest day of the year! Could not even get a drink at the bar. After being there for over an hour, we decided to leave with no drinks or food. We noticed that people were busing their own tables and no one had drinks or food. Woefully understaffed and improperly manager. This is our first time since the new "ownership" and was a total bust. We live close and used to go 1-2 times per month, but we won't be back. Too bad as this was once a great place for a game. Could say more but you get the picture...
