  • If I could give this guy a 0 I would. I have NEVER in my life dealt with someone so unprofessional. To start off, Frank texted me on a Friday night at 10:35pm with "You aren't the only one who's upset with Robert right now. He's been asking for a status update on his taxes and I don't have your information yet." Who in their right mind speaks to a client that way? He was referring to my husband who I have no issues with and am not upset with. I couldn't believe what I was reading!! He continued messaging me and I asked him to stop and that I would call him on Monday to clarify. I ended up calling him to clarify things because he wouldn't stop and maintained and very calm and professional demeanor. When he tried cutting me off in the middle of my sentence I continued talking because I wasn't done. He literally hung up on me and continued texting me like 8 times. I ended up blocking this man because I felt as if I was being harassed. I don't know what type of person calls himself "Christian" and speaks to people the way he did. I will never refer ANYONE to him. I am in customer service and if I ever talked to my clients the way he did to me I would be seriously reprimanded. Don't do business with this man!! There's so many other qualified and professional people out there that would love to earn your business and treat you like a valued customer.
