  • I was referred to Waddell Family Dentistry by my wife who had some extensive work done there and told me I would be glad I did. Glad I was. It had been awhile since I've been under a dentist's care so I was somewhat tense. I had an old crown break partially off quite some time ago and continued breaking off until it became discomforting. I had no problem getting an appointment and soon after signing in Dr. Chang approached me and introduced himself. A dental assistant led me to an exam room where x-rays were taken. The Dental assistant was very professional and explained everything that would take place and answered all my questions. She was gentle and friendly to the point where i was no longer tense and felt like i had received care there many times before. Dr. Call introduced herself and conducted a thorough exam. She was just great. She went over every thing with me and put a plan together. The following week I came in for a root canal, was measured, and fitted with a temporary crown while the permanent was being made. Dr. Chang and his assistant Abe were excellent and took good care of me. They were gentle and periodically asked me how I was doing and if I needed a break. I found both gentlemen to be extremely interesting and humerous. That made the entire procedure relaxing and enjoyable. I couldn't believe myself after it was over I really didn't want to leave I was having such a good time. Additional appointments were made for me and I'm looking forward to them. The facility was very clean and everyone makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The receptionist was professional and helped me better understand what my insurance covered and the billing. She always provides me with a text reminder and phone call the day prior to my appointment which is a big help to me. I can't say enough good things about this dentistry and highly recommend it to everyone.
