  • STRONGLY RECOMMEND LIVING ELSEWHERE!! The place is seriously run by a bunch of incompetent unprofessional teenagers over here. Also the internet is slower than crap. 0.2mbps for those of you gamers, or people who like to stream any kind of video, you simply cant do it. Mailboxes are a mess, notifications and announcements are never on time or even given to the correct people, they mess up your payments sometimes and then you get charged a late fee. I got stuck in the elevator and i called the front desk for help one late afternoon and the lady at the front desk said "okay ill give maintenance a heads up, im not sure when they will be available to fix it but thank you for letting us know about this issue". Called them back 20 minutes later to ask where help was and she said "im unable to give you that information they may be able to come tomorrow". I couldn't believe the idiocy of her reply....i then asked, "do you understand that i am trapped in the elevator?!?!" She then proceeded to ask in an annoyed tone what i wanted her to do about it. Again, bunch of incompetent teens working here. DO NOT LIVE HERE. WAY EXPENSIVE AND POORLY RUN, you can find a place just as nice if not nicer for the same price. Im paying $750.00 a month for 10 months, not worth it. They got nice rooms, and they're close to the lightrail but that's it for pros. The list goes on for cons..
