  • Very rude if you have to cash a check! Very unfriendly and totally interrogates you and asks very personal questions which have nothing to do with cashing a check!! example: I can see asking "who is this person who wrote me the check" but "why is she giving you money"? really! I went in because I am new in town and have not yet opened a checking account so I did it even though they took a large amount out, they gave me this card and said "oh no problem if you come back just give is the card" went back the second time gave the card and a good check like the first one and I got a rude interrogation again and I said why do you ask so many personal questions? not pretending to cashing a check. The owner whom I was dealing with said" I own the place I can ask anything I want!! Got man at me and refused to cash it!! He said "well I am like a bank I can ask anything" really banks are nice about it and I went right over and easily opened a bank account! So asshole you did me a favor and I am reporting you to the Better Business Burial! Maybe other people have had decent service when it comes to the DMV but beware if your planning on cashing a check! They need to change their slogan of being friendly!!
