  • Staff was great but the wait time was unacceptable! 2.5 hours before being taken back to a room and another 40 minutes once back there before being seen. Total of 4 hours there. Place was a bit dirty as well, i.e., you could tell the bathroom isn't cleaned throughout the day. Sink was disgusting. Unfortunately this is one of the few Urgent Cares in NW Phoenix/Glendale. Can't say II recommend. Might be better off driving a bit for one with better reviews.
