  • Not a one star review based on bias - this company is very unreliable and unprofessional. Originally called for a dye test only to be told they're busy and scheduled for the following week. That day came, and midway through the day I called to make sure they were coming and was told not to worry that we were on the schedule. The end of the day came, and I called again; was told they'd call me in a few minutes, and called back haphazardly to say "their guy" was in an accident. Doubt it - but told them i'd give them another shot, and we agreed for two days after. The next day someone called me to let them know they couldn't come today, but I told them there was a mistake, and they're supposed to come yesterday and please double check. Again they called me back and said 8:30am, the next day. Nobody came, nobody called. Don't waste your time.
