  • Even though the restaurant has one of the best views in town, the horrible service couldn't make up for it. Came for lunch on a Saturday, and even though at the time Elements wasn't super busy, we waited so long to be serviced that I had to wave down the hostess. She kindly brought our drinks and then when the waitress came to us to write down our orders and that was the only time we saw her. I had a Groupon voucher and had some problems with it. The manager rudely just told me to call Groupon. What an uncomfortable situation when I am here celebrating my husband's graduation! When the problem was solved, compulsory tip was added when good service never existed. I am sure to find great views of the beautiful area somewhere else.
