  • So I haven't had the best experiences here. This is maybe my second or third time coming since moving to the area. In the past, they've reduced my pedicures to half the time/cost due to me being a few minutes late. Okay- I get that. But then when I'm on time and they're running late, 20 minutes late! I have to pay full price for a 40 minute pedicure that was rushed because it was supposed to take an hour. Awkward. I go to use the promo email for $5 off only to find out AFTER my pedicure that it's for October. Except for I mentioned the promo from the email, that I briefly read, while booking the pedicure AND wasn't corrected and then the nail tech next to me also said there was a current promo for $5 off $50 service or more right now. 2 employees gave me wrong info then the cashier said oh well. I honestly don't know if I'll be back. I wanted to schedule a full set with shellac but I'm reconsidering it after that visit. Bummer. It's such a cute place and I loved going and supports local business owners in my neighborhood. I also need to mention that i waited for 15 minutes to be seated and then one of the receptionists sat me at the pedicure chair and started my water while waiting another few minutes for my nail tech then walked away and it nearly overflowed but the nail tech next to me saved the day by noticing and turned the water off.
