  • Very unprofessional company! Especially the accounting department. The only reason we used them for security monitoring is because the landlord was using them when we started our lease. When Benson came out for the start up they never hooked up the system to our phone lines. When the building was sold the landlord discovered they never cut their phone line and we lost our alarm. Benson wanted to charge us to come hook up to our lines again! I agree with all the other reviews giving them a poor, poor rating! All they do is threaten people and never fix anything. And when you cancel them they say you have a contract but can't produce it!
